In this monthly class, Tara will get dancers moving and grooving! We'll start with a welcome/introduction circle followed by a warm up, dance moves and sequences across the floor, and end with a dance combo and freestyle dance party! Comfy clothes required. Please no short shorts as we encourage dancers to go upside down, if able. Sneakers required unless otherwise approved by Tara. Please no Crocs, boots or sandals as these shoes create safety hazards for our dancers.
Please create an account with us online! Registration for each class will be required. For our returning dancers, we have a new software! Both new AND returning dancers are required to create an account.
